About the Ice on the Porch
Before our neighbor came over, I asked our son to help clear some ice from the front walkway. As I opened the door to survey the icy situation, I realized that he had just dumped a large chunk of ice right in front of our door. That seemed to be the best place to begin the cleanup effort.
