Foldable iPhone 11 Prototype?

Found pencil and paper sketch of a computer. Author unknown.

I found this paper and pencil laptop in my coat pocket. I do not know who made it, or why it was made, or why it was in my pocket. Did someone leak the prototype to me in hopes that I would cover it on Pictures Captions to generate buzz for their new technology? If so, mission accomplished.
