This picture was taken after a hike up Pleasant Mountain in Maine in 2016. I remember smooth-slippery rock surfaces at problematic angles and a fire tower so tall and precarious my innards still curl a bit thinking about the height. ("A mountain is steep. If it is not steep, it is not a mountain.") It was on this trip that we saw a graffiti mural in Portland.
